• Process, Timeline and Fees: Step wise process for completion of services will be provided on case-to-case basis. (e.g., submission of documents, application process, exam, interview). The timelines are approximate and will depend on the circumstances which are outside out control
• Payment Terms: All payments must be made within the specified timeline to avoid delays or rejection of services. Fees and charges are subject to change. This may include revisions due to currency fluctuation between foreign currencies and Indian rupee, adjustments from foreign entities, revisions of fees by attorneys, or government charges. Fees and charges paid for the services do not cover costs such as TOEFL, IELTS exam fees, attorney fees, notary fees, background verification, translation, apostille, police verification, or any other applicable costs unless otherwise stated. Bank charges will apply to any remittances and must be borne by you
• Disclaimer: DSquare Global Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for rejection of Visa or cancellation of services at any stage for whatsoever reason including but not limited to false, incorrect, incomplete, or misleading personal and qualification information, or submission of fake, forged, or intentionally altered documents, misrepresentation of citizenship, qualifications, work experience, criminal records, or allowing any person to impersonate the applicant during interviews or other processes
• Consent: For the purpose of providing service, the personal data will be collected and processed and you hereby grant consent to share such data. We may use this data for providing updates on the services and any new information relating to the Services
• No Refund policy: All amount paid towards the Service will be non-refundable in any and all cases where an application is rejected for any reason whatsoever
• No Liability: DSquare Global Pvt. Ltd. makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, to any other person or entity with respect to the services hereunder and disclaims all implied warranties with respect to the services.

DSquare Global Pvt. Ltd. shall have no liability for any failure or delay in Service if such failure or delay

(i) Is caused by Client’s acts or omissions;

(ii) Results from actions taken by DSquare Global Pvt. Ltd. in reasonably good faith to avoid violating a law, rule or regulation of any governmental authority or to prevent fraud on accounts. DSquare Global Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable to client for any loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever caused or arising, directly or indirectly, including without limitation, as a result of loss of data, interruption to the services whether due to hacking or unauthorized access.
